STRENGTH

Join us for our Powerful Weight Lifting Training to lift your way to a strong, rock hard, unbreakable body. Our Weight Lifting techniques build a strong foundation from which one can transition into more advanced stages, from beginner to advanced.

PEAK HOUR

Screw being stuck in peak hour traffic! This session is designed around the movement of ‘Push Pull’ and gets your legs burning a good 500+ Calories over 45 minutes! Change your 5pm daily routine by getting your butt into gear & out of your car!

TRIFIT

TriFit is our Triathlon inspired training session that incorporates both Weights & 2 forms of Endurance Training together. Whether you’ve got a goal to complete your 1st Triathlon, or put your lactic acid threshold to the ultimate test - this session is for YOU!

BOXING POW

Think you know boxing? BOXING POW brings the fight back from Marvel & DC! We combine a high intensity workout with techniques ranging from Martial Arts & Karate that will have you set to win the fight for humanity and burn a few calories while at it!

M&M

(Movement & mobility) Put your week behind you, and unwind into 45 minutes of active recovery. This session will release the tightest of muscles, put your mind at ease, and reset your body for new adventures!

MPC

Our Metabolic Performance Conditioning workout is specifically designed to slash your body fat and improve your performance! Our exercises combined, lead to increased storage and delivery of energy for any form of activity. This session will not only burn more calories during your workout, but will maximise calories burned after your workout too!

SPARTACUS

**SPARTAN INSPIRED WORKOUT** Our Spartan Training builds complete fitness. In our Spartacus session - you will crawl, carry, climb, hang, jump, lift, lunge, pull, push, run, sprint and squat, just the way your body has been designed! Our Spartacus Training program is set to improve your Strength, Power, Muscular Endurance, Aerobic Capacity and Anaerobic Capacity.

SLIMLINE

Step away from machines and say ‘Bye Bye’ to workout boredom with our ‘SlimLine’ Circuit! This Training accelerates fat loss by combining old-school fitness tools with high-intensity exercises, designed to challenge your muscles from every single angle around that waistline and get your metabolism firing! Grab a towel (& trust us, you'll be wiping away a lot of sweat) and get ready to boost your mood, and reveal a lean, toned, Slim bod!

ABS OF STEEL

‘I must go to the gym, my core needs me!’ Feel great, build lean muscle, stay powerful and have abs like superman! Fly on in to this superhuman core sesh!

BURNER

Burner really kickstarts your engine and helps you lose fat faster!! This midday workout ramps up the intensity with Strength Training and blasts of cardio which will torch up to 10 CALORIES a MINUTE while targeting virtually every area of your body!

This is the session where we don’t follow the rules, we follow our heart! Get that accelerated fat loss with our HIIT Heart Rate Session where we’re sure, your heart will want more!
